Who it is for
Companies that constantly get requests from customers, agencies or partners for information they already hold: order status, documents, availability, reserved price lists. A portal gives everyone their own access and frees up the office.
What you get
- A customer area with order history, downloadable documents and request status.
- A B2B portal for agencies and partners: reserved prices and terms, direct bookings or orders, account statements.
- Dashboards with the numbers that matter for managers, updated in real time.
- Roles and permissions enforced on the server: every user sees only their own data.
How I work on it
I start from who will use the portal and what they need to do without picking up the phone. I define user types and permissions, then design the screens and you try them in a prototype before development.
The portal connects to the management software or systems you already use, so you don’t end up with a second archive to keep in sync. It goes live with a pilot group of users, feedback is collected, then it opens to everyone.
Technology
Angular for the interface, NestJS on Node.js for the backend, PostgreSQL for data, role-based authentication and, where useful, login with partners’ company credentials.
Time and cost
They depend on how many user types are needed and which systems must be connected. After the free analysis you get a phased quote: you can start with an essential customer area and add the rest later.
