Integrations and APIs

The systems you already use, finally talking to each other.

  • PMS, channel managers, CRM
  • Payments and invoicing
  • Documented APIs for your partners

Who it is for

Companies that already use several tools (management software, e-commerce, PMS, channel manager, CRM, payment and invoicing platforms) and spend hours copying data from one to another. Every manual step is lost time and a chance for mistakes.

What you get

  • Automatically synced data between your systems, in real time or on a schedule, depending on the need.
  • Error handling: automatic retries, searchable logs and an alert when data fails to go through.
  • Documented APIs for your partners, with access keys and limits for each, if you want to share your data.
  • One point of control, instead of different procedures scattered across offices and suppliers.

How I work on it

First I design the data flow: which information starts where, which system is the reference for each piece of data, what happens in case of conflict. Then I check what each system offers (APIs, exports, webhooks) and choose the most stable connection.

Integrations are tested with real data in a separate environment before production is touched. When I expose APIs to partners, I write the documentation and, if useful, a ready-made client, and support them during the integration.

Technology

TypeScript with NestJS on Node.js, or PHP where the context requires it. REST APIs, webhooks, message queues for heavier flows, and Docker containers for deployment.

Time and cost

A single integration between two well-documented systems is a contained job; a set of connections between several platforms needs a phased project. After the free analysis you get an estimate for each connection, so you can start with the most urgent one.

FAQ

What happens if an external system is down?

Integrations handle errors and automatic retries, and alert you if some data was not synced.

Can I expose my data to partners?

Yes, through documented APIs with access keys and per-partner limits.

My supplier has no API. Can it still be done?

Often yes, through scheduled exports, shared files or database access. I assess the most reliable route and tell you clearly if a connection is not feasible or not worth it.

Do integrations need maintenance?

Yes: external systems change versions over time. Integrations have logs and alerts so problems surface immediately, and they can be covered by a maintenance agreement.
