What data I process

• Contact form: name, company, email, project type, timing and the message you choose to send.
• Browsing data: cookieless aggregate statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and, only with your consent, data collected by Google Analytics 4 (see the cookie policy).

Why and on what basis

• Replying to your request and, if you wish, preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Statistics and measurement: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Where the data goes

The form is sent through Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile anti-spam) and Resend (email delivery). Form data is not stored in a database: it only reaches my email inbox.

How long

Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any following relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact if no relationship follows.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@espositomarco.it. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
