Who it is for
Companies and tourism operators who get the same questions every day, process documents by hand, or would like to query their own data without opening ten screens. AI is useful when it is connected to the company’s real data; on its own, it makes things up.
What it can do
- Bookings via chat and WhatsApp: answers with real availability and prices and prepares the booking.
- Automatic document reading: extracts data from invoices, orders and emails and loads it into your system, leaving confirmation to a person.
- Plain-language questions about your numbers, such as “how many bookings in August compared with last year?”, with the answer and its source.
- Customer support: routes requests and drafts replies for approval.
How I work on it
I start from one specific use case, the one that costs the most time today, and measure it. I connect the assistant only to the data it needs, with limited permissions, and define which actions it can take on its own and which need your confirmation.
Every answer shows where the data comes from and everything is logged, so you can check what the assistant did. It starts as a pilot with a small group, the hard cases get fixed, then it is rolled out.
Privacy and control
I use AI services under contracts that exclude training on the data sent. The assistant only accesses what you decide, and important actions stay under your control.
Technology
Models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI via API, connected to your systems through integrations written in TypeScript on Node.js. For WhatsApp I use the official WhatsApp Business APIs.
Time and cost
A first assistant for a well-defined use case can be delivered quickly; costs depend on the systems to connect and the expected request volume. After the free analysis you get an estimate that separates development from the monthly usage cost.
