Who it is for
Companies and tourism operators who currently work across Excel files, email and a generic system that doesn’t follow their processes. The typical sign: the same information is retyped in several places, and to know where a job stands you have to ask someone.
Custom management software starts from how you work: departments, steps, exceptions. You don’t bend your processes to fit the software.
What you get
- One database for customers, suppliers, orders, bookings or shifts, instead of scattered files.
- Roles and permissions per department: everyone sees and edits only what they need.
- Automatically generated documents: quotes, confirmations, reports and, where needed, e-invoicing.
- Deadlines and reminders that reach the right person.
- The source code and documentation: the software is yours and can be maintained by other developers too.
How I work on it
I start with analysis: I look at how you work today and where time is lost. The outcome is a document with scope and priorities, so we decide together which module to build first.
Before any code is written, you see and try the main screens in a prototype. Then I develop in frequent releases on a test environment: your team uses the software while it takes shape, and fixes arrive straight away, not at the end.
At go-live I import the data you already have (Excel files, databases or a previous system) and train the people who will use it. If needed, the new system runs alongside the old one during the transition.
Technology
TypeScript across the stack: Angular for the interface, NestJS on Node.js for the backend, PostgreSQL or MySQL for data, and an Nx monorepo to keep the code tidy for years. These are widespread, well-documented technologies, chosen so the software stays maintainable and doesn’t depend on a single person.
Time and cost
They depend on scope: software for one department is not software for the whole company. The first analysis is free; afterwards you get a quote with phases, timing and costs listed separately. You can start with one module, use it for real, and then decide how to continue.
